Cottor Plants is happy to announce our collaboration with TNL Tecnal, Ourhinos, Brazil.

The collaboration extends for manufacture and sale of World Class Expanders, Flakers and Crackers.

Since last 45 years, Tecnal has been involved in development and manufacture of equipment of high quality for preparation and vegetable oil extraction, grain storage, handling and conveyance as well as complete solutions for animal feed plants.

Tecnal has long history back in India and have recently joined hands in the year '23 with Cottor Plants for revival in India.

Their products are successfully running in more than 46 countries around the world.

Cottor Plants will manufacture Tecnal equipments under licence, their most proven machines in India and also for the Indian sub continent. We will be ready for servicing their machines and to supply critical and consumable running parts at short notice.



EXPANDER


  • Capacities up to 4,000 tpd - soybean basis.
  • Discharge by hydraulic toothed cone.
  • Discharge by hydraulic toothed cone.
  • Can be equipped with drainage cage for high oil content seeds without the need of expeller presses.

FLAKER


  • Robust and easy to operate.
  • Equipped with first line rolls, manufactured in Europe.
  • Power transmission by only one motor, what allows equal maintenance of the two rolls if compared to flakers with one motor for each roll.The speed difference between the rolls is obtained by transmission with pulleys and belts, providing a work of disruption of oil cells much more efficient.
  • Easy removal and mounting of the rolls from the frame. Split bearing houses help the job and there is no need to remove them. Removal of hydraulic cylinders is also not necessary.

CRACKER


  • Robust and easy to operate.
  • TECNAL & Crackers provide the cracking of the beans in 4 to 8 pieces. They are equipped with 4 grooved rolls mounted on spherical roller bearings.
  • Different speed between rolls, with opening regulations with a scaled wheel, allowing fine adjustments. Even in the closest point the rolls do not touch each other.
  • Power transmission by only one motor, what allows equal maintenance of the rolls if compared to crackers with one motor for each pair of rolls.
