This machine fabricated from heavy duty steel frame, drum having perforation lining with spiral blade for material movement & separation.

Seed separates from the drum pass through conveyor having perforation Through for separating the fine sand &pre cleaned cottonseed will be Carried to silo / seed cleaner.

Cantrell after years of research and experience and scientific trial introduced this Totally new concept of seed Cleaner With Two Tray having Skimmer, scalper and beater at the top, a very important aspect and missing link in Cotton Seed Pre Cleaning, which removes unginned cotton and also fine plastic treads, sand and light impurities.

The air having inlet from bottom hopper and also cascade zigzag nozzle which lifts unginned seed cotton and other impurities which are dropped on the Two trays of seed cleaner.

The vacuum chamber is specially designed for easy of operation and maintenance. The blower is mounted on frame for better air efficiency. The unginned seed cotton separated from Both Trays are collected separately.

Simple to install and operate. Counterflow air design allows complete separation of various product densities. Single ' Constant' CFM requirement Variable speed roll feeder allows constant uniform feed rate.

Air control damper can be set at the fan for ease of operation. Slope of incline angles and generous product area makes the design almost impossible to choke.
