48" / 60" Eight Basket Beater

The Cottor beater / shaker is designed to produce cotton seed and sunflower seed hulls with minimum oil content by efficiently beating the hulls to remove the fine, floury and small particles of meats and oily lint. The machine consists of an eight chamber beater section mounted above a shaker separator tray.

Fan design has been tested in accordance with the standard test code for centrifugal and axial fans as adopted by the Air Moving & Conditioning Association, Inc. (AMCA) Heavy duty, industrial grade, material wheel design.

Rugged double row spherical roller bearings insures long life and low maintenance. Unique design allows motor to be installed on inclined pedestal, eliminating the expense of remote motor base.
